General Rules

1. Connect Two: TWO'S A BIG WIN: Everyone has the right to make two bookings, for a maximum of two players each, on different courses and on different days. Further bookings are only possible after the round has been played, on the following day. Playing the same golf course twice in a row is not permitted.
2. Bookings: Each member can reserve one or two tee times per day.
3. Cancellation of bookings: Cancellations are possible until midnight of the day before the booking! Cancellations of remaining spaces on the same day cannot be accepted. Credits will be deducted in such cases.
4. Last-minute travel exchange: From 5:00 PM onwards, any remaining available playing rights for the following day can be booked additionally. One booking is for a maximum of 2 people. These booking rights are marked in RED and can be added to the 2 regular bookings, but not on days when a booking has already been made.
5. Number of credits: At the beginning of the year, 9,000 credits are added to the Business Class Membership account. The use of THE LOGE playing rights at our partner courses is therefore limited to 9,000 credits per year. Regular bookings and last-minute bookings are counted equally. The corresponding number of credits is deducted for each green fee booked. This number is shown with each booking.
6. Tournaments: The validity of our playing rights at tournaments varies. Depending on the club, our playing rights may or may not be valid for tournaments. Please refer to the specific rules of each club. Regardless, our playing rights are NEVER valid for tournament series!

Since we have not yet set up a business network in Spain, we have the new Holiday Club category. For a holiday club, THE LOGE has agreed a partial flat rate agreement with the golf club. This means that in addition to the credits debited, a cash payment is due on site for the Green Fee booked. When booking at THE LOGE, 140 credits are deducted for each green fee and an additional €50 must be paid at the golf club on site.Optionally, with every GreenFee booked at THE LOGE, you can purchase an additional GreenFee at a special price of €85. If 1 game right has been booked at THE LOGE, an additional green fee can be purchased at the club at a special price of €85. If 2 playing rights have been booked at THE LOGE, two additional green fees can also be purchased at the club at a special price of €85 each.
